As a ship owner of various large domestic coastal vessels including car carriers, RORO vessels, and limestone carriers, we manage vessels and man seafarers and provide regular charter services to major coastal operators. We also operate cement carriers.

Our ships sail throughout Japan from Hokkaido to Kyushu, and as they navigate the narrow waterways of each region and open seas, we strive to ensure safe operations and stable transportation in every-changing weather and ocean conditions.

In terms of seafarer manning, we are actively recruiting new graduates and young seafarers and train them to be a qucrew members to acquire maritime qualifications.

As for ship management, we have acquired the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code) in order to provide safe marine transportation and we confirm the objective achievement at monthly safety meetings. In addition to focusing on near-miss reporting and risk assessments, we strive to improve our skills through Bridge Resource Management (BRM) training when a vessel is docked.
